Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order is submitted, we’re unable to cancel or update it — including size changes or shipping address corrections. Please double-check all order details before checkout.


How fast do you ship?
Orders typically ship within 5–8 business days after confirmation.
You’ll receive a tracking email once your package is on the way.


Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the USA only.
(We hope to expand international shipping in the future!)


Are there countries you do not ship to?
Due to restrictions, we are unable to ship to:
Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, North Korea


How much is international shipping?
If international becomes available, shipping costs will vary based on tariffs, duties, and regional fees — these are not controlled by Crave Happy and are the customer’s responsibility.


Are duties and taxes included?
For future international shipping, any import duties, customs fees, or taxes would be paid by the customer at delivery.


What is your return policy?
All sales are final — no refunds.
Exchanges may be available within 4 days only if:

  • The item is unworn and unused

  • Tags and original packaging are included

  • The incorrect or defective item was received

Please contact us first before sending anything back.


What if my order has multiple items?
Your items may ship separately depending on product availability. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
