Processing & Shipping Time
Please allow 5–8 business days for order processing before shipping confirmation and tracking information is provided — unless a future shipping window is listed on the product page.
Business days: Monday–Saturday (excluding major U.S. holidays).
Once shipped, you will receive an email containing either a USPS or DHL tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
Shipments traveling outside the U.S. may experience limited tracking visibility once the package leaves the country — rest assured, your order is still on its way.

Any customs or import charges are the customer’s responsibility.
European Union (EU) Shipping Orders shipped to EU countries typically arrive within 10–20 business days after processing. Processing time is 5–8 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding major U.S. holidays).
Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs inspections, which can affect delivery timelines. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charges are the responsibility of the customer and are assessed by your local customs authority upon arrival.
