Please make sure you order the right size and product. No returns or exchanges. We do not offer refunds. 

 
We are not responsible for the cost of shipping your item(s) back to us and we are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit when sent back to us.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All products are final we don't refund funds back we don't exchange for another item.

Sale items (if applicable)

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. We offer discounts when available. So please look out for it through Crave Happy social media or on our website, mailing list.

 Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace it only if it's items  defective or damaged.  Return will be the same item, nothing exchange.  Send your item to:

-Email (that you ordered with)
-Return Address
-Sized needed (or state “return”)

 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
